Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vpinion, and at least 18 (or have a parent or guardian make the purchase) to buy credits. You can answer a survey without an account.

• Give a real email address you can receive mail at, and keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Accounts can't be sold or transferred.
• You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, are used for fraud or automated abuse, or put other people at risk.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, display and share it on Vpinion (for example, showing a public poll on the home page), for as long as it's on the site. You can archive or delete your content at any time from your account page.

You must not post content that:

• is illegal, or promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
• harasses or threatens people, or attacks people or groups with hate;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes minors in any way;
• infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy (including photos you don't have the right to use);
• impersonates a person or organization, or is spam, scams or misleading advertising;
• asks people for passwords, payment details, government ID numbers or health information.

New polls, surveys and display names are checked automatically before they go live. Content that clearly breaks these rules is refused, and borderline content may be reviewed by a person. We may remove content that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

• One vote per person per poll. Don't use scripts, bots, multiple accounts or other tricks to vote or respond. Votes and responses that fail our fairness checks may not be counted.
• Reasons you add to a vote follow the same rules as polls and surveys. We may hide or remove a reason that breaks them.
• If you run a survey, you're responsible for how you use the answers. Tell your respondents what the survey is for, and follow the data protection laws that apply to you.
• Results are shown as they are. We don't guarantee that any poll or survey is representative or accurate.

• Every account gets a monthly free allowance of polls and surveys. Publishing more uses credits, which you can buy on the pricing page.
• Credits are only for publishing on Vpinion. They have no cash value, can't be transferred to another account, and credits bought in packs don't expire.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Our order process is handled by our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all orders: they process the payment, charge any sales tax or VAT that applies, and handle order-related customer service. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
• If we offer a subscription, it renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and it keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
• We may change prices; a change never affects credits you've already bought.

We work to keep Vpinion running and your content safe, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or discontinue features. If we ever shut Vpinion down, we'll give reasonable notice and refund unused credits bought in the preceding 12 months.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by other users, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.

You can stop using Vpinion and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to support@vpinion.com. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use Vpinion afterwards means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. If there's a problem, please write to us first — most things can be sorted out quickly. This doesn't take away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
