Refund Policy

• You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying a pack, as long as none of its credits have been used.
• Once credits from a pack have been used to publish, that pack isn't refundable — but if something went wrong, write to us and we'll look at it fairly.
• When a pack is refunded, its credits are removed from your account. Polls and surveys you've already published stay live.

If you subscribe to a plan, you can cancel at any time and it keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it or a renewal charged you by mistake — in that case, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Email support@vpinion.com from the address you used to buy, and include your order number (it's in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy). We usually answer within two business days. After a refund is approved, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. Lemon Squeezy, as the seller of record, may also handle refund requests under its own buyer terms. See also our Terms of Service.
